Item arrived as was pictured. It was not packed well and the box took a beating, but the contents appear okay. The hose with the unit was not original and did not fit the vacuum, so it is not usable though the description claimed it was in working order. I should have looked at the pics more carefully, but I think that is something that ought to be mentioned in the description when you pictured the items as if they go together and say it is working.
The item I purchased arrived within a day. It was packaged nicely and securely, and it arrived safely. The seller was super responsive, replying to all of my messages and making sure all of my questions were answered. They went above and beyond to ensure the outcome was exactly what we both expected. I got it ahead of schedule and it was packed very good. The only problem is I didn’t read the whole description and it did not have a power cord. I was able to order one so I have tried it out and it works great. I am very pleased. Shipping was quite a bit, but everything is expensive these days.
