I ccan't discribe how this item works or how it looks like compared to the photo in the ad, one thing I can tlling I can can say is just how friendly, king and understanding the seller is. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order prior to it being sent. The seller was very kind, and underding and I was so surprise as to how friendly he was. One thing I can say is sellers like this you don't find everyday. I jHighly recommend this seller.
This company is a fraud. I purchases (paid in full) fans over a week ago. Only to get an email stating they cant sell me the item for the price.. quality no such thing poor condition on receiving and far as the appearances i don't know. I think that should not sell on ebay AT ALL. Take my money and decide after the purchase not to send .merchandise.
The seller explained how to tie the connected ribbon with a photo so I will try again & this time it should work to make the collar stand up. Seller also refunded my purchase. I appreciate his help & cooperation.
