First time purchase with this seller and it was spectacular. They provided a tracking number quickly and the package arrived on time. The candle was well packaged and marked fragile on the outside as well. The appearance was exactly as pictured. Condition was new, and the price was great. The scent is exactly as described and not overpowering at all. All in all this was a quality purchase and I’m definitely hoping to do more purchases with this seller in the future.
Delay in receiving shipment is not Terra’s fault, despite going through chemotherapy, she sent it to me the day that I purchased it. The US Postal Service has a new hub that her shipments go through and it took, no lie, 16 days to get the package to me. Poor Terra was so stressed during her having to go to chemo appointments that I would rate her poorly over this issue. Good luck getting your good health back, Terra!
