Seller was prompt in shipping and provided tracking. I cannot speak for communication as none was needed. When I received the box it was severely distressed with holes poked in it. Also, the bolt bag had a hole in it. Luckily nothing was lost in transit and everything was there. This is a heavy shipment for ground service and may be why so damaged. The manufacturer needs to probably make this product 2 shipments and better boxing as I am not the only one. I rolled the dice and lucked out.
