A reliable seller. I got my kindle scribe as brand new and sealed with all accessory. He responded to all my enquiries and acted promptly. He is trust worthy. The shipment got to my region earlier than estimated. The only delay was by FEDEX which was not the fault of the seller but entirely the fault of FEDEX ,they missed my address and sent to a wrong address leading to delay in delivery I will recommend the seller anytime, any day and will always buy from him but he should not use FEDEX
Customer service is 10/10 - the seller was great at communicating with me about shipping and delivery. I got notified by them right away when the item was out for delivery. The packaging was 11/10! It took me about 10 minutes to remove all the bubble wrap, so you can imagine how secure the item was. The item was wrapped in three layers, good God! The item was as described. I received everything that was said to be included. Item was slightly cheaper than the brand new. -Overall experience 10/10
Very satisfactory experience. The product arrived one day earlier than the deadline. Packed in a safe manner. Each movement of the package has been tracked and Fedex made it easy to pay import taxes. Reliable and communicative seller, I would definitely do business again. The product is as advertised. Extremely light e-reader, perfect to read scientific papers. Only real disadvantage is the somewhat dark screen, but this is intrinsic of the Kaleido 3 technology.
