Item was received in good condition, but minimally packaged. Recycled packaging was used, but shows that there was not much expense in the packaging. It reeked of cigarette smoke though and that was not disclosed in the description. However most concerning was shipping was $50 over the actual cost of shipping and that is just wrong. (was only $17) I did point out that shipping was excessive during bidding. Usually, sellers refund some of the shipping if initial estimates are off.
