Unbranded 2-Ply Fine Vintage Yarn Remnant - Feels Like Wool - Medium Blue - 1.3 Oz Preowned - Vintage wool leftover that has been wound into a cake. Yarn is clean - no spots or stains, and no bad odors. I no longer have the yarn label. I wrapped this yarn around a ruler for four inches. It yielded 69 stitches divided by 4 = 17.25 per inch. This wrap count puts this yarn in the 2 - Fine Weight Category. Plus the strand is two plies of yarn wrapped around each other. This vintage yarn has a slight indentation where the center pull strand was up against the outside of the cake. It must have turned over on its side, in the yarn bin, to have made such an impression.
