I ordered 2 bars of Bravo Sierra soap. It arrived at 4 days. 1 bar of soap was opened and missing the plastic sleeve. I purchased as gifts, so I could not use the one bar.... however, the 2nd bar was as described and upon notifying the seller of the damaged bar, I was given a refund to my account immediately and seller was very apologetic. I was very impressed by the quick response and resolution.

Item was as described. Disappointed in how long it took to receive it, but USPS lost my package. After contacting seller and having a missing mail search case opened, the item arrived two weeks later. Seller was in communication with every update and for that, I'm very appreciative. Will definitely buy from them again if need be! Thanks!
