I received the item used and scratched. It did not match the description of new, never opened. I message the seller and they offered to let me return the non returnable item, but I really wanted this diffuser so I kept it. It’s been a couple weeks now and the diffuser doesn’t work, made serval attempt to clean it and makes a very loud humming noise that did not happen the first week of use. I would recommend the seller as having good customer service however I would not recommend the product.

Well as I sent payment pr requesting the seller. The seller apparently went out of town delaying the package �� by a extra week then they shipped it as it says supposed to get it no later than the 11 ish they said they just mailed it even though on my end says it was shipped with a tracking number it finally showed up may 15 at 7pm just wish that sellers and eBay have all the information when posting something just to get peoples hopes up then it drags on and on
