The card is in English language, made of card stock with a foil finish, and manufactured by Konami in the United States in 2017.
Original owner kept this product in very good condition. The game is going for a high price right now so figured I might as well get it for a good discount here. The packaging was also some of the best I've ever received from a seller on eBay so kudos for maintaining the like new quality of the product.
