The item was received and packed very well. It took a while to get here, but I guess that s how overseas shipments go sometimes. I still haven t opened it up, as it s a birthday gift for someone, but I m eager to see how it looks next month. I m hoping it s nice as the photos. Regarding communication with the seller, he did an outstanding job assuring me that my item would finally arrive and keeping me informed. I would recommend this seller. item is exactly as described- except mine did arrive with one of the pillars broken off. it did also come with a little bunny charm which was very cute and it did appear to be packed well, however i do live in the US so it had quite a bit of travel time to get to me so i understand the broken piece would have probably happened in transit. it is a relatively easy fix as well so i'm not too disappointed by the broken piece since it wasn't the fault of the seller.
