  1. I believe I was shipped 4 plants (root groups). Fair enough. Of the four root groups, only three still had leaves attached. One had two leaves, two had one leave, and one had no leaves. The rest of the leaves had broken off and were yellow or melted brown. I stuck the three root groups with leaves still attached in my tank and they appear to be growing new roots after a couple of days. Not the best of experiences, but not a total loss either. I do not fault the seller. Shipping floaters is hard.

  2. Very pleased with the 2 trees that I ordered. very well packed and came without damage. I wasn't sure if the 2 trees would be in good shape and make it for it's journey. To my surprise I was very happy all was good.
