Original purchase arrived very fast, but needed some special attention for installation on an usual post on my car. I contacted the manufacturer about the problem and they responded immediately. Their customer support was excellent and they bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of immediately. They made some custom pieces to ensure a perfect and professional fit and appearance. Their response was immediate, and very pleasant. You couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend.
The seller was professional and easy to contact. The item shipped fast and got here on time. The item was packaged well, unfortunately the item was damaged at the time of arrival so I was forced to return it. This was not the sellers fault the shipper was fought with the package.
