Shipping arrived quickly although I had to pick it up from the post office because they didn't even knock on my door, not the sellers fault though, they were packaged nicely, they were sent as described and were well worth what I paid for, I love the two pink pokemon and hope to order again in future
Arrived as described and photographed. Very nice backpack. I did not care for the condescending answer to my question re: shipping, which has been a problem to post office boxes with both Fedex and UPS due to contractual delays. Other than that, a fairly smooth transaction.
