The whole experience is just fantastic!! The bag is exactly as shown and just perfect …. very good value for money spent ….the delivery fast and easy…. The packaging was perfect keeping the bag well protected. There was also an envelope with the receipt in it…. but what made it most touching for me were the two small origami cranes that were included…. such a lovely detail… I couldn’t be any happier with this purchase…. ☺️❤️
The bag had damage that the seller didn’t specifically disclose or post clear photos of. It’s a super cute bag but I am disappointed. I messaged seller and am waiting for a response. Shipping was fast and packaging was fine. It was priced lower than other listings so that was a positive but I just wish the imperfections were disclosed more clearly so I wasn’t surprised when it arrived.
