Had an issue with the box arriving damaged and some parts having fallen out. Seller was great to ask questions and find out to what level the parts could be used and showed concern for how I wanted the situation to be handled. In the end, due to being out of stock on that part, we agreed on a refund. They had fast responses and made sure I was taken care of.
Don't know how it will perform. Will install later date.Hated the UniUni delivery. Delivery person set it on porch with a huge marked flower pot for packages
