  1.  The item was advertised as new, open box. When I took it out of the box, there was debris on the item. I inquired about this to the seller, who replied immediately, They said that it had been a returned item, and they wanted to check it before sending it to me. This all makes sense, but I think it would’ve been good for the seller to have communicated this from the outset.  The Sellers communication was quick and thorough.
