Positive on Customer Service….Negative on Packaging Seller recently hired help for packaging and promised to address the issue. This gift for my daughter arrived broken due to poor packing. The bowl was wrapped in two pieces of thin brown paper…no bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Seller contacted me quickly and refunded most of my money…not sure why she held back some funds…as I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. But I am grateful to have gotten most of my money back.
