Came in with tags attached. There was a small issue with the sizes they discovered before shipping and they reached out to ask me what I would like to do. I decided to continue with the purchase and I'm happy I did, even though 1 pair is size small and the other is medium they both fit me anyways. I was glad they did reach out prior to let me know. So I wasn't shocked. Amazing experience.
