  1. The product was delivered and was as advertised and I am grateful for that. However, it was not delivered to me. It was delivered to a home currently not occupied. I had trouble figuring out how to get the photo image of the delivery but once I did that I was able to pursue the area and found the box - much to my relief. It was heavy and I needed a wheelbarrow to move it but I did manage. The driver left it at the wrong unit as the number was clearly not the one on the address label.

  2. Not much to say about the part but response and shipping went very fast. Order packed and tracking added the same day and I had the part 2 days later. Furnace started properly for $40. So much better than calling a service provider that may have said sorry you need a new furnace. Thank you much to this A+ seller.
