  1. The product arrived within the predicted time frame, in good condition. The package was wrapped in plastic, a nice touch. The cardboard package had two colors of tape on it besides the original clear packing tape, which suggests to me that this may have been a return to the seller. The material was in good shape, but the shoulder strap that was shown in the sales presentation was NOT included. I have not been able to figure out how to contact the seller for a replacement. Can you help?
