  1. The description was not clear on the oven missing the rack. However the seller made it right and refunded 1/2 the cost so I could purchase the missing item. The toaster oven itself looks brand new I don’t believe it was ever used. The delivery was extremely fast!! The reviews stating the delivery boxes were extremely damaged is very true. The box was beat up but the toaster itself was not damaged.
