The bank's banking house is given as the Brick Post-Office Building, two doors east of the Susquehanna House, on Main Street, Oneonta, with banking hours and an interest rate of six per cent compounded semi-annually. Interior panels set out the bank's deposit rules, charter provisions, and promotional text on the value of savings banks, noting that as of July 1, 1873 the savings banks of New York State held deposits of $314,775,770. The folder lists the bank's trustees: John E. Dutton, Harvey Baker, Albert Morris, James Cope, Egbert M. Carver, Wm. McCrum, Potter C. Burton, De Witt Ford, Sylvester Ford, Timothy Sabin, Henry M. Tobey, John Ruland, Henry S. Morse, and James H. Keyes; and its officers: Harvey Baker, President; Henry S. Morse, 1st Vice President; E. M. Carver, 2d Vice President; John Cope, Treasurer; and Sylvester Ford, Secretary. Dividends declared the first days of May and November each year.
