Good communication. Beautiful dish packaged very well to ensure received in great condition unfortunately in spite of seller’s efforts dish was damaged during shipment. Seller was notified and very prompt to respond and issue a refund. No hesitation to recommend this seller.
Wrong item was in the box. When I asked for a refund, seller issued the refund and did not request I return the item. Most likely they assumed the item in the box (Smart switch) was correct, but accepted my word (and a photo) that it was a "dumb" rocker switch.
