The shipment was fast and product appeared to be in great shape. The post office crushed the box and it broke the mug and seller was SUPER HELPFUL to help with a refund. Seller did a FANTASTIC JOB PACKING the product.
Was disappointed by how small pack was. I was expecting a backpacking pack and this is more daypack sized which was not indicated in the description, don't have much use for it but it is a nice bag in great condition.
