The original battery that came with my Lectrip XP lite decided to give out 1.5 years after buying it (just out of warranty) and I wanted to buy a new battery with a larger capacity. This one ended up being just the right thing! I had a couple questions during shipping since my package tracker didn't show updates as I expected and received a response within a few hours both times--great customer service. The battery itself has been working really well so far.
Great communication. Seller contacted in advance to ensure correct fit. Heard from seller after purchase—battery was damaged in shipping, last one. My money was immediately refunded and he told me when more batteries would arrive. Reordered then and had battery in 2 days. (CA to AZ) Great seller.
