Item was as described. Delivery was within a reasonable time. I was disappointed in the lack of communication by the seller but that's a personal preference. Some people may not care. I've been searching for this bag for months so when I finally decided to purchase it was a big deal. I hoped there would be at least one personal message saying thanks for buying given the cost. It may not be a big purchase for some but for me, it was. No communication took away from the excitement.
