This a very rare situation. My item was supposedly delivered yet it was not to the correct address. I immediately called fedex and tried to work things out. They told me contact shipper. I sent this seller a message letting them know what fedex had said and wondered if there was an issue with my address. Turns out the seller did have an issue at their warehouse. But because it was their issue they gave me a full refund and said if the item shows up keep it and the best customer service ever.
