The towel bar style and size was listed according to what I wished to purchase, but that wasn't what was actually in the box and shown in the enclosed booklet. Altho' the seller "Does not accept returns" he was gracious to work with me throughout the ebay returns process and to refund my money.

Item got here fairly quickly. The item matched the picture, but it wasn’t in new condition. The package was already opened. Little disappointed, as this was a gift for my daughter. Thankfully all the Hatchimal eggs were in tact and all there though.
