Packaged securely and individual SD cards sealed new unopened. Quality product and outside package shipping label had a "Thank you" sticker which was a nice appearance touch. The best part is that if I bought these from a big sporting outfit they would have cost $19.99 each so this purchase was half that price which makes this an outstanding purchase.
I am not sure why you had to lie about the item coming back "damaged" in some way. If you wanted to recoup your $6 shipping cost, you should have just said so, I can understand that and would not have objected at all. I don't want to be a j-e-r-k, and I will leave you "positive" feedback, but I will never buy anything from you again.
Received item very quickly, very good condition and quality. Great price value. Con: Appearance is not the same. Different colors and not what was shown.
