This seller is amazing and helps with any issues. My boots went on a world adventure not any fault of the seller. USPS misrouted them to Puerto Rico so they went on a boat for 10 days there and 10 days back. After 32 days they arrived in perfect shape and are beautiful. Seller stayed in touch the whole time. Thanks again for a beautiful pair of boots and a great laugh!
We appreciate the seller's offer price to fit our budget. The item arrived in a timely manner. One suggestion for this seller in future is to wrap any item in something to create a protective layer between it & the top of the box. In this case we used a knife to open the duct-taped box, luckily held it at an angle so the blade didn't damage the item.
Great seller, with good value for money, and well packed. Unfortunately item was mishandled in shipping and tracking showed it being LATE for delivery. NOT An eBay SELLER ISSUE. This happens ALL the time with most deliveries by USPS. They are totally inept and charging more for less, other than that it was a good transaction
