Seller communicated throughout the process..USPS having major issues, pkg arrived 16 days late, pkg had been damaged and zigzagged across the states (wrong direction) However, the seller gave me a refund and told me to keep the product if it ever arrived. I fully expected it to go back to seller but it finally showed up, the post office put a new label on the crushed box...crazy!
