All tech decks are complete and have their complete truck housing, wheels, truck screws, and wheel nuts and are grip taped. All tech decks do have signs of play ware scratching to the bottoms and to the grip tape of the boards. With 1 tech decks board grip tape being heavily damaged with tearing.
