  1. I like the combs very much. The paper that came in the o package says: A GIFT FOR YOU and there’s a QR code. I scanned the QR code and tapped the link that popped up. There was a gift box. It said: TAP THE BOX. When I did, a picture of my combs filled a confetti spray. Then down below it said: WRITE A REVIEW. So so that for a review I would’ve written anyway? It felt dishonest and like trickery. I didn’t enjoy that part of the transaction. I would shop here again because it’s a quality product.

Arrived safely, however, there were two gashes underneath the handle. Apparently damaged in manufacturing. Notified them of the damage. Offered a reasonable discount or return. I elected the return. Refund issued. Even though I did not keep the umbrella, the customer service is superb. Highly recommend.
