If you change your mind, items can be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Returns sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Return conditions:
• Items must be in clean and undamaged condition.
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
• Original packaging is preferred but not required if the item is undamaged.

If the item arrived damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us at support@fulviosam.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Return shipping will be covered by us in this case.
If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.):
Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

3. Pack the item securely and ship using your preferred postal service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Do not return items to the shipping label address.

Lost or delayed shipments:
