Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier capacity. We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We will assist in filing a shipping claim and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
