There was damage in shipping. The corner of fender is bent back. This was not mentioned in the description. Packed in a box with no bubble wrap or wood to stiffen box on an easily bent item. Box arrived crushed by a couple inches, which obviously bent the fender inside and paint directly wearing against cardboard chipped paint. Certainly NOT worth the value paid given either the description was inaccurate or there was damage during shipping due to the poor packaging. We need our money back!
This item was accurately described, packaged well, shipped promptly, & arrived w/ minor but correctible damage that clearly occurred during transit. I notified the Seller immediately & received a prompt response, who was engaged & willing to work together on a mutual resolution. A minor replacement part was ordered & the unit restored to its full function & use. With the Seller being excellent & professional to work with, & nothing but a pleasure to do business with. Highly Recommend!!!
Product came as described and shown in the pictures. Shipping was pretty quick and free which is what ultimately led me to purchasing from this buyer. Packaging was good and nothing appeared to be damaged. I wish the response time to my questions were just a little quicker. Most questions I had were responded to in a few hours to 12+ hours, which wasn’t a deal breaker because they did make sure to answer all of my questions. Overall, this seller was great!
