I asked for the lowest price the seller could offer. They sent me an offer with about 50% discount. The seller later said it was a mistake but they still honoured it and sent the watch. Super fast shipping (less than a week and it was delivered internationally), well packaged and as described with a stamped warranty. The watch was delivered in perfect brand new condition. The complete Citizen box and all the correct contents was included. The warranty card was stamped. The price was one of the lower ones on eBay.
