Minimal expected age related wear and beautiful, warm time-softened patina, no issues. Well over 100 years of age. This is a worthy rare timeless antique original period pair that looks sharp on display or for use. Precious surviving examples of English heritage and a rare treasure as such. Made by renowned silversmith maker William Devenport at the turn of the century, c1903 in Birmingham, England, these elegant 4.4” double handled trophy style open salts bear full English hallmarks to sides on each. Endless possibilities, not limited to salt. A lovely set to treasure forever, wrought in precious metal, not weighted, 1.042 ozt. Lightly hand polished and ready to enjoy for display or use.
