  1. I purchased the Asus Expertbook b2 with dent on top. Description and pics were accurate, laptop is awesome and was a great price for the little bit of damage (I was able to fix it) on the lid. Shipping was fast, item arrived on time and was packaged great. The only reason I didn't give 5 star was because of communication, shipper required signature and I had a question and never received answer. But luckily it all worked out and I had no issues receiving item. 5 star had they answered question.

The subwoofer was as described and the seller communicated well, too bad Fedex damaged the parcel, which made a small dent on one of the front edges of the subwoofer, but it's hidden behind the net and doesn't really show to the eye. Despite the shock during transport, the sub seems to work like new. The seller offered to return the product, but I preferred to keep it, as the damage was only cosmetic and minimal and didn't affect operation, and it saved us handling on both sides.

  3. This was a mixed bag. The seller was responsive and shipping was fast. The product description was a little misleading. The laptop was listed as "brand new" and "sealed;" however, it was either a repair/replacement part or a demo model. It was in a cardboard shipping box with nothing other than a charger. Having worked in repairs at Apple for years, I recognized this packaging to be exactly like the repair/replacement parts that were shipped to us that were often refurbished.
