The laptop I purchased was almost *pristine!* "Used" may be true, but there is absolutely minimal "wear and tear" on it, and I'm astounded that a laptop built in late 2019 could ever be in this condition six years later! Purchased HP toner for client's son for college dorm. Made 4 separate purchases for 4 colors. They had several facilities to ship out from. 3 of 4 were not listed before deadline. Reached out to OEM Connect and they were very helpful. Track packages and sent update (ebay still listed as not shipped yet). They shipped all 3 colors together which was nice.
