  1. The Bissell CrossWave handle wand received as promised and on time as predicted by the carrier. Tracking the parcel was a bit confusing at the moment it landed in my country, for 2 weeks there was no change regarding parcel location. The packaging was insufficient so the sharp edges of the plastic covering of the structure pierced through the bubble wrapping. The protruding plastic covering was nicked and scratched. Luckily the damage was minimal and I was able to shave and polish the plastic.

  2. When the description says "Genuine Shark", the real thing is expected, not some unlabeled generic items all shipped in the same unsealed clear bag. I know that Shark has their name printed on all their bags that have the genuine goods inside, and these weren't, so beware.

  3. Attachments are new and are SHARK brand, exactly as described. They arrived intact, packaged well. Shipping took a few more days than expected, but this is the new norm due to UPS/USPS contract termination. Attachments were a lot cheaper than on SHARK's website!
