A++++ This was a big ticket item so even a small glitch represented a big dollar amount. He stepped up immediately to take care of it. He was gracious, polite, supportive and generous. What could have been difficult he made into a super positive experience. They don't come any better than him. Business ethics, honesty, kindness & professinalism were all superior. Very classy guy. You'd be lucky to findt someone like him at church, but on EBAY its a miracle. I owe him my sincerest appreciation.

The item shipped quickly. Packed securely in the original box and then into another heard box. Exactly as described and photographed. Great value on these bright white crystal napkin rings. Such a cute and unique heart shape! Thank you for offering these! Very happy.

As described and pictured, well packed (although not easy to open due to brown tape covering the entire box, couldn't see where the safest places to cut without possibly cutting into the contents inside), and it was shipped fast. Thank you.
