Experience Kunkle quality and durability in a steam trap. These steam traps completely replace more expensive steam traps that plug a radiator pipe. They save time by eliminating the need to drain condensate from a system. Features include: Low differential pressure operation - Maximum steam flow at a low 4-5 psi Differential pressure. Quick acting (40-60 second) steam trap provides rapid response to over-pressure situations. High quality stainless steel mesh media resists erosion due to hard water conditions and minimizes maintenance, The KUNKLE steam control valve provides a flow range of 0.2 to 8.0 gpm (0.54 to 19.7 lpm) with a maximum differential pressure of 125 psi (861 kPa). It is available in 50, 100 and 150 pounds per square inch (psi) ratings to accommodate the operating pressures of low-pressure steam distribution systems at varying output volumes. The precision-engineered internal parts are made from premium materials for long life and dependability. The KUNKLE Valve is used for one-line steam heating applications, where a horizontal steam pipe has to cross an obstruction. The 1252-1125 model allows for vertical or horizontal venting applications such as under slab or above crawl space construction. For uninterrupted service, be sure to have replacement steam trap valves at the ready. This is a Kunkle Valve steam trap valve, manufactured by Kunkle Corporation.
