I ordered a Tivoli Model One which was advertised as having Bluetooth connectivity; the item I received didn’t have this feature. Contacted the seller, who offered to take the item back for a full refund, or let me keep the item and receive 25% back from the purchase price. I took the discount. The seller was perfectly reasonable and professional during this process, and I would have no problem buying from them again.
Product works as intended, but box and contents had water damage and were damp upon delivery. Not mentioned in description, reached out to seller but no response three days later. Assuming it happened during shipping, but poor communication. Still satisfied with purchase though. Would appreciate my shipping money back.
