Professional packing, amazing service, new condition, insane value. Packing job was outstanding. Double sided cardboard, taped down any moving part (quality tape with no residue), each accessory was bubble wrapped and placed well. Machine appears to be in perfect condition, looks new, smells new, tastes new. Outstanding quality while being cheaper than anywhere. My unit was missing one accessory and they found and shipped it to me ASAP.
Great coffee machine. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Came well packaged in like new condition for $200 less than a new one. Only negative I found are three small, nearly invisible dents on one of the stainless steel panels. Looks and works great. Makes awesome espresso shots. 5 star ⭐️ all around.
