Postcard Holywell Bay Cornwall Comish Cubert Newquay Port Beach Gull Chick Rocks Cornwall Holywell Bay: Situated only a mile from the Parish of Cubert and four miles from Newquay, the bay derives its name from the "Holy Well" which is still in evidence today and can be approached by fifteen steps in a cave. On either side of the stretch of golden sands stands the Gull and Chick Rocks. In nearby Cubert stands the Church of St. Cubertus. with its 14th century tower and spire which is visible for miles. Unposted. Good vintage condition. No visible damage to any of the edges. All corners slightly bent. Dirt spots, discoloration, creasing, scratches, missing paint and stains marks may be visible on single or both sides of the postcard. Good condition for its age.
