The product 3M RT35 Scotch weld (2pk) had leaked in the shipping bag that it was wrapped in. The shipping package was well protected. No damage to the exterior of the box. I contacted the seller and they gave me a full refund. It was a mess in the shipping bag. I sent pictures to show the damage to the product. I'm very happy with the quick response and how to deal with situation. I would purchase from this seller again.
