The item in the picture was not the item we received. It was the same toy but in a different style box. Box was really damaged. Luckily this is a gift a gift for a child who will open it to play with so the packaging doesn’t really matter. The toy itself seems new. But odd they didn’t take a picture of the actual item they were selling just pulled a generic picture of the internet
