Seller was very kind. I was hoping to get my purchased item by a certain time, but it hadn't arrived. They explained their situation, apologized for the delay, and refunded my money. Super great experience and I'm sorry it didn't work out. I will try to purchase from them again.
Took a week after purchase for seller to ship. Seller apologized for the delay, and shipped a day late after the day the said they would ship. No good excuse for an order in the same state to take 2 weeks to reach its destination though. Item was exactly as described atleast.
